vivo X Fold6 revealed – price and specs leaked for Europe

The vivo X Fold6 launched in China several months ago, and yesterday an insider claimed to know the release date for India and other international markets. Today, the device has appeared in the listings of an Italian online retailer.

These listings show a price of €2,135.90, but this retailer has never published a manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) – which is likely around €2,199.99. Now at least the price range is known. The retailer is offering the vivo X Fold6 in blue and black with 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage. This may be the only RAM/storage configuration available in the EU.

The phone is expected to feature an 8.02-inch AMOLED foldable screen with a resolution of 2504 x 2312 pixels, an octa-core processor with a clock speed of up to 4.21 GHz, a 200 MP main camera, a 50 MP periscope telephoto camera, a 50 MP ultra-wide-angle camera, a 20 MP front camera, and a 6,900 mAh battery with support for 80-watt wired charging as well as unspecified wireless charging.

The foldable phone reportedly measures 157.2 x 74.3 x 9.9 mm (closed) and weighs 230 g. It is dustproof and waterproof according to IP58 standards. Interestingly, the Chinese version of the vivo smartphone has a 7,000 mAh battery, while this EU version may only list the nominal capacity, which is typically around 100–200 mAh less than the advertised capacity.
It looks like the global vivo X Fold6 will ship with Android 17 pre-installed, naturally paired with vivo’s own OriginOS 7 Fold user interface. The rumor from yesterday suggested that vivo would unveil the global model on October 1st. If this proves true, we’ll have all the details within 48 hours.
