The Samsung Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra and Galaxy Tab S12+ were originally slated for a September launch, but rumors suggest the official presentation will now take place next month – specifically, on October 7th. Leaked renderings of both Galaxy tablets have already provided a first glimpse of their design. Now, new renderings have surfaced, confirming these earlier design leaks.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra features a display with a notch and two rear cameras.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S12+
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S12+ doesn’t have a notch on its display, but its bezels are thicker than those of the Tab S12 Ultra. It also only has a single rear camera.

Another difference lies in the thickness: The Samsung Galaxy Tab S12+ is 5.3 mm thick, while the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra is only 5.1 mm. The image of the Tab S12 Ultra also mentions its IP68 certification, which the Tab S12+ lacks, even though the image suggests water resistance. The screen sizes also differ: The Tab S12+ has a 12.6-inch display, while the Tab S12 Ultra has a 14.6-inch display.
Both the Samsung Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra and the Galaxy Tab S12+ feature a metal casing and support stylus input. An image also shows 5G support for the S12+. Although the source hasn’t released a comparable image for the S12 Ultra, some renderings confirm the Ultra model’s LTE connectivity.
