Samsung is working on a pair of wireless, open-ear clip-on earbuds, expected to be released under the name Samsung Galaxy Buds On. Thanks to a new report from SammyGuru, we now have the first official-looking renderings with additional details.

As shown in previous renderings, the Samsung Galaxy Buds On consist of two parts: one side houses the speaker, the other sits behind the ear. The two sides are connected by a silicone loop. Pogo pin connectors are also visible, which charge the earbuds in the charging case.

The Galaxy Buds On are shown in black, but a white version will also be available. The supported features are also explained, including automatic volume control, which adjusts the volume to the ambient noise, and a volume boost function.

Samsung has also implemented gesture controls, including head nods and quick actions for starting voice recording and Galaxy AI. It remains to be seen when the new Samsung headphones will be released.

Previous rumors speculated about a market launch alongside the Galaxy S26 FE, but this proved unfounded. The Buds are now expected to be released in the fourth quarter of 2026.
