Beats 360 appear in new certification
Apple’s upcoming Beats 360 headphones have appeared today in Brazil’s regulatory database ANATEL, according to a new entry discovered by MacRumors. The filing mentions only an unspecified product with the model number A3577, but we know it’s the Beats 360. The headphones previously appeared in the US FCC database in May with the same model number, before soccer stars like Lamine Yamal and Antonee Robinson were spotted wearing them in the lead-up to the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
The headphones had already appeared this week in various online shops, including Amazon and other retailer sites. Some of these listings have since been removed. The listings indicated that the headphones would be available in at least black, cloud, sky, and pink. Additionally, there are interchangeable ear cushions and headbands made of Performance Knit and UltraPlush in the same four colors, as well as other options like Volt and navy, allowing for customization.
Beats 360 with AirPods Max design
The Beats 360 feature a unique design with some similarities to the AirPods Max 2, including extendable ear hooks that smoothly lengthen for an optimal fit. According to a product description, the over-ear headphones offer up to 1.75 times better noise cancellation than the Beats Studio Pro released in 2023.
The product description also stated that the Beats 360 were Apple’s first-ever sweat- and water-resistant over-ear headphones with IPX4 certification. Other features and specifications listed included all-day battery life, a flat-folding design, and a Hi-Fi acoustic platform.
The new Beats headphones come with replaceable Performance Knit ear cushions and a tear-resistant carrying case. However, customers must purchase a USB-C charging cable and power adapter separately. According to the product description, the headphones will cost $299.99 in the US. For comparison, the Beats Studio Pro have a regular price of €349.99/$349.99.
It is still unclear when Apple will officially announce the Beats 360, but given all these leaks in regulatory databases, teasers from athletes and early retail listings, it seems as though the headphones will be launched in the near future.
