iQOO Neo11 Ultra and Z11S premiere in China
As expected, iQOO today unveiled its new iQOO Neo11 Ultra and iQOO Z11S models in China. Both smartphones are equipped with MediaTek Dimensity chipsets and high-performance batteries, and are also protected against water and dust according to IP68 and IP69 standards.
iQOO Neo11 Ultra
The iQOO Neo11 Ultra is equipped with the Dimensity 9500 monster chipset, which is combined with iQOO’s Q2 gaming chip and up to 16 GB of LPDDR5X Ultra RAM, as well as 512 GB of UFS 4.1 storage. The Z11S features the Dimensity 7500 in conjunction with LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage.
iQOO Z11S
Both smartphones feature large silicon-C batteries: the Neo 11 Ultra has a capacity of 9,100 mAh, while the Z11S boasts 10,000 mAh. The Ultra supports faster 100-watt wired charging, whereas the Z11S is limited to 44 watts.
Both smartphones feature a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with a fast 144Hz refresh rate. However, the Ultra offers a higher resolution of 3,200 x 1,440 pixels, while the Z11S boasts a 2,800 x 1,260 pixel display. Both devices include an in-display optical fingerprint scanner.
In terms of cameras, the Ultra offers the superior setup with a 50MP main camera (LYT700V) and an 8MP ultrawide lens. The Z11S has a single 50MP camera with a smaller sensor.
The Ultra also features a higher-resolution 16MP front camera compared to the Z11S’s 8MP selfie camera. Both smartphones run OriginOS 6, based on Android 16.

The Neo11 Ultra is available from 3,399 CNY (433 euros/504 US dollars), and the entry-level Z11S from 1,799 CNY (229 euros/267 US dollars). Both smartphones are already available in China from the official vivo online store.
