Poco M8x 5G battery details revealed shortly before launch
Earlier this month, Poco launched the M8 Power with an 8,000 mAh battery in India. At the end of last week, the company teased the Poco M8x 5G for the first time in India. Now, Poco has revealed the battery capacity of the upcoming smartphone in the M8 series.
The Poco M8x 5G will be equipped with a 7,900 mAh battery, as confirmed by the company in an official post on X. It will also support 45W wired charging and 22.5W reverse charging.
Poco M8x 5G with Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 chipset
Poco confirmed yesterday that the M8x 5G will launch in India on August 21st and simultaneously revealed some key specifications. The smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 chipset and features LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 storage. It also boasts a large vapor chamber for improved heat dissipation.
According to an informant, the Poco smartphone will have a 6.9-inch LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and will cost less than 20,000 INR (181 Euro/209 USD).
