Apple MacBook Air: Almost sold out despite price increase

Apple MacBook Air needs storage
Availability is limited due to the ongoing shortage of memory chips. This shortage is caused by the expansion of data centers with high-performance AI servers. As a result, the prices of RAM and SSD memory chips, used in many Apple products, have risen sharply. In addition to the Mac Studio and Mac mini, the MacBook Air is now also affected.
In June, Apple raised prices on 14 products, including the MacBook Air. In the US, the notebook now starts at $1,299, up from $1,099. In the Eurozone, MacBook Air prices currently start at €1,399. Despite this price increase, Apple appears unable to meet current demand.
