Xiaomi 18 Pro to be released worldwide

Last year, the Xiaomi 17 Pro and Xiaomi 17 Pro Max were launched in China and never made it outside their home country. However, according to a new report, the situation is changing this year with the Xiaomi 18 Pro.

The Xiaomi 18 Pro is reportedly set to be released in markets such as Europe, Turkey, Russia, Taiwan, and Japan. A few days ago, another report stated that the Pro model, along with the Pro Max, would also be launched in India.
Xiaomi 18 Pro worldwide, but not in India
According to today’s rumors, the Xiaomi 18 Pro will not be released in India, so the situation remains quite unclear, which sounded very different at the beginning of the week. The Pro Max, on the other hand, is not mentioned at all in today’s report, so it’s unclear what will happen to that model.
Rumors suggest the Xiaomi 18 Pro will be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro chipset and feature two 200MP SmartSens camera sensors, with a 1/1.28-inch sensor in the main camera. It is also expected to offer improved speakers, a more powerful vibration motor, and a battery with a capacity of at least 7,000 mAh, supporting both wired and 100W wireless charging.
