Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 and Galaxy Watch9 bands leaked
Samsung is expected to unveil the Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 and the Galaxy Watch9 at a Galaxy Unpacked event later this month. Following recent leaks that gave us our first glimpse of the smartwatches themselves, a new leak has revealed details of the watch bands. According to the leak, the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 bands feature the Ultra branding and closely resemble those of last year’s Galaxy Watch Ultra.

The Galaxy Watch9 bands appear to retain the same quick-release mechanism introduced with the Galaxy Watch8. Samsung is expected to unveil a new band inspired by last year’s navy blue band. It will be available for both the Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 and the Galaxy Watch9 in black, cream, green, light blue, and orange.
The sport band returns with a slightly redesigned look and will be available for both smartwatches. It is expected to be offered in blue, black, yellow, and green, with other colors likely. Samsung is also rumored to offer the hybrid band with a leather-like finish. It will reportedly be available in beige, brown, black, and gray.
The report also claims that Samsung will introduce a new line of pastel-colored watch bands exclusively for the Galaxy Watch9, including options in blue, green, light yellow, and white. A fabric band will also be available for both watches, with the version for the Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 reportedly featuring a more robust buckle. Finally, the Ultra 2 is expected to receive the Trail Band in black, blue, green, and orange.

In addition, there was another leak regarding the Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra 2, thanks to the well-known tipster Evan Blass, who decided to come out of retirement to share a new series of official-looking renderings.
The images show the familiar design from recent leaks. The Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 looks almost identical to its predecessor for the most part, although the display bezels are slightly narrower and there are new markings on the edge.
The back of the Galaxy Watch reveals that it will be available in the same 47mm format and will feature a sapphire crystal display, LTE connectivity, GPS tracking, and water resistance up to 10 ATM. Previous reports indicated that the Watch Ultra 2 would have significantly improved battery life; rumors suggest the battery will have a capacity of 800 mAh.
Rumours suggest that Samsung will unveil the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 and the Galaxy Watch9, along with the Galaxy Z Fold8, the Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra and the Galaxy Z Flip8, at a major Unpacked event in London on July 22nd.
