vivo Y600 Turbo with 9,020 mAh battery unveiled
Last month, vivo unveiled the Y600 Pro in China, boasting an impressive 10,200 mAh battery. Now, the company has introduced another smartphone in the Y600 series with a similarly sized 9,020 mAh battery. It’s called the vivo Y600 Turbo and is already available in China.
The vivo Y600 Turbo features a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 1.5K resolution. The panel is also said to reach a peak brightness of up to 5,000 nits. Internally, the phone is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset, which is paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
On the back, the Y600 Turbo features a dual camera with a 50MP main sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. An 8MP camera is available for selfies. The phone’s main feature is its large 9,020mAh battery, which supports 90W wired fast charging.
The vivo smartphone is also IP68 and IP69 certified and features 5G connectivity, an infrared transmitter, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, GPS, and an in-display fingerprint scanner. It runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.
vivo Y600 Turbo prices
In China, prices for the vivo Y600 Turbo start at 2,299 CNY (€291/US$340) for the 8/256 GB model, while the 12/256 GB and 12/512 GB variants cost 2,599 CNY (€329/US$380) and 2,899 CNY (€366/US$425) respectively.
The phone is available in the colors Dune Gold, Electric Blue and Millennium Pink.
