OnePlus Ace 7 to have a display with an extremely high refresh rate
OnePlus launched the Ace 6 last October and is already working hard on its successor. According to Weibo tipster Digital Chat Station, the OnePlus Ace 7 is currently in development.
The OnePlus Ace 7 is rumored to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and will feature a 6.78-inch display with a 1.5K resolution. The refresh rate is not yet confirmed, but is expected to be at least 185 Hz and could even reach an impressive 240 Hz.
OnePlus Ace 7 with a huge 9,000 mAh battery
Power is supplied by a 9,000 mAh battery with support for 100-watt wired fast charging. Rumors suggest the Ace 7 will also feature an active fan. However, the fan is still in the testing phase, and a final decision doesn’t appear to have been made yet.
If the new OnePlus smartphone, like its predecessor (which also boasted a fast 165Hz refresh rate), is released around October, there will still be plenty of time for further leaks and rumors. We’ll keep our eyes peeled.
