DJI Osmo Mobile 8P smartphone gimbal with detachable remote control is here
The DJI hOsmo Mobile 8P smartphone gimbal has just been unveiled. Its key feature is the detachable remote control with a touchscreen that mirrors your smartphone’s screen. The remote also includes a joystick, giving you maximum flexibility in controlling the device remotely and allowing you to perfectly compose your shots using your smartphone’s rear camera.
The DJI Osmo Mobile 8P is equipped with ActiveTrack 8.0, which enables even more agile subject tracking and keeps you in the frame even in large crowds. Thanks to Apple DockKit, you can also connect your iPhone directly to the gimbal.
The DJI Osmo Mobile 8P features a 3-axis gimbal, an integrated tripod, and a 215 mm extension rod. The tripod can be extended further for added stability. It weighs 386 g, offers up to 10 hours of battery life with its 3,350 mAh battery, and can also charge your smartphone via USB-C.
DJI Osmo Mobile 8P with 360° rotation function
Thanks to the gimbal’s 360° rotation function, you can achieve smooth, shake-free shots from any angle through unlimited horizontal rotation. Low-angle shots are also possible, allowing you to capture the world from a child’s or pet’s perspective.
The Osmo Mobile 8P is available in a standard bundle for €159. For €189, you also get the DJI Multi-Tool 2, which features a fill light with eight brightness levels and functions as a subject tracker with gesture control. For €219, you also get the DJI Mic Mini 2.
