Xiaomi 18 Pro Max to get a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro chip
New details about the Xiaomi 18 Pro Max have surfaced online ahead of its expected market launch later this year. They come from well-known Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station, who has a fairly good track record regarding Xiaomi rumors.
According to the tipster, the smartphone will have a flat 6.9-inch display. A recent leak also suggested that the Pro Max variant would have a 6.9-inch display.

The tipster also suggests that the smartphone will be equipped with the yet-to-be-announced Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro chipset. It is also said to feature an improved vibration motor.
According to current rumors, the Xiaomi 18 Pro Max will retain the rear display and will feature two 200 MP rear cameras as well as a dedicated AI button. In addition to the Pro Max, there will also be a Pro and a standard model.
