vivo X300 Ultra launches in Europe for €1,999, X300 FE price is still unknown

As promised, the vivo X300 Ultra and X300 FE are now available outside of China – worldwide sales have begun. The Spanish vivo online shop recently announced that the X300 Ultra will be available there on April 24th. vivo also lists this date on its German website.

The vivo X300 FE is also going on a world tour. The smartphone was initially launched last month in Russia and will now also be available internationally. For unknown reasons, the design of the global X300 FE differs slightly from the model presented in Russia.


The vivo X300 FE features a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a resolution of 1216 x 2640 pixels, a refresh rate of 120 Hz, and a peak brightness of 5,000 nits. You also get a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset with 12 GB RAM and 256 or 512 GB internal storage.
The triple rear camera system consists of a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom and OIS, and an 8MP ultrawide camera. It also features a 50MP front camera with autofocus and a 6,500mAh battery with support for 90W wired charging and 40W wireless charging. Both devices run Android 16 and vivo’s OriginOS user interface.

The vivo X300 Ultra is this year’s flagship imaging smartphone from the company. It was unveiled in China at the end of March and went on sale at the beginning of this month.


The vivo X300 Ultra features a 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a resolution of 1440 x 3168 pixels and a refresh rate of 144 Hz, a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, 12 or 16 GB RAM, 256 GB, 512 GB or 1 TB internal storage and a 6,600 mAh battery with support for 100 watt wired charging and 40 watt wireless charging.
On the back, there’s a 200MP main camera with a 1/1.2-inch sensor and gimbal OIS, a 200MP periscope telephoto lens with a 1/1.4-inch sensor, 3.7x optical zoom and OIS, and a 50MP ultrawide camera with a 1/1.28-inch sensor, autofocus and OIS. A 50MP selfie camera with autofocus is also available.
The prices, however, are steep. The Chinese manufacturer is asking €1,999 for the vivo X300 Ultra in Europe. A price for the X300 FE has not yet been announced.
