Oppo Find X9 Ultra: Cameras officially confirmed, design leaked

The Oppo Find X9 Ultra will be unveiled on April 21st in China and worldwide. Ahead of the launch, Oppo has released the smartphone’s full camera specifications, while the design and other key specifications were revealed through a listing on China Telecom’s website.

Oppo recently confirmed that the Find X9 Ultra will feature a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with 10x optical zoom, and has now revealed the rest of the device’s camera specifications in a social media post.

It will feature a nearly 1-inch 200MP main sensor, which the manufacturer claims will offer 10% better light sensitivity than the Find X8 Ultra. The smartphone will also be equipped with a 200MP periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, offering 36% improved light sensitivity compared to its predecessor.

Furthermore, the device boasts a new true-color camera with 43% higher light sensitivity. According to China Telecom’s product description, this is a 3.2MP sensor.
The listing on China Telecom’s website also reveals that the smartphone will have a 6.78-inch display with a resolution of 3168 × 1440 pixels. Furthermore, it suggests that the Find X9 Ultra will be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC and will have up to 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal storage.
According to the product description, the Oppo smartphone will be offered in the colors Polar Glacier, Rongsha Valley, and Tundra, with the design shown in the Tundra version. The volume and power buttons, as well as a camera button, are located on the right side, while the left side appears to have the quick access button.
The camera module is noticeably thick, but not as pronounced as in the recently released vivo X300 Ultra. The Oppo Find X9 Ultra will be released in China on April 21st, along with the Find X9s Pro.
