Poco X8 Pro and Pro Max: These are the prices for Europe
Leaks and rumors are part of everyday life here. In this case, however, it’s not actually a leak at all, as an employee of the official Belgian Poco website accidentally published the prices for the unannounced models Poco X8 Pro and Poco X8 Pro Max. The images in question were quickly removed, but as we all know, the internet never forgets.
Poco X8 Pro price
The X8 Pro costs €399.90 in its base version with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. The model with 512 GB of storage is available for €449.90, while the top version with 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage costs €479.90.
Poco X8 Pro Max price
The X8 Pro Max starts at €529.90 with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. An upgrade to 512 GB of storage costs €579.90 with the same RAM. Both devices will be available in three colors, as you can see in the pictures.
Unfortunately, due to this internal error, no further technical specifications were disclosed beyond the RAM and storage capacity. Based on the model numbers, however, the Poco X8 Pro appears to be a rebranded version of the Redmi Turbo 5, while the Poco X8 Pro Max is a rebranded Redmi Turbo 5 Max.
If this theory proves correct, the Pro model will launch with a 6.59-inch AMOLED display featuring a resolution of 1268 x 2756 pixels, a 120 Hz refresh rate, 3840 Hz PWM dimming, and a peak brightness of 3500 nits. It will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 chipset. In addition, there is a 50MP main camera with OIS, an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 20MP selfie camera.
The Pro Max is expected to feature a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1280 x 2772 pixels, a 120 Hz refresh rate, 3840 Hz PWM dimming, and a peak brightness of 3500 nits. The Dimensity 9500s chip will provide sufficient processing power, while the camera setup is identical to the Pro.
According to a recent leak, the The X8 Pro has a 6500 mAh battery and the X8 Pro Max has an 8500 mAh battery. Both support wired charging at 100 watts.
