The iQOO 15 Ultra will launch in China next month. Images recently released by iQOO reveal the design and color options. These images also show the right-hand Ultra frame with touch-sensitive shoulder buttons, which, as we now know, will feature haptic feedback.

This information comes from a Weibo post by iQOO’s product manager. He also revealed that the iQOO 15 Ultra’s touch-sensitive shoulder buttons have a 600 Hz sampling rate and utilize two independent control chips to minimize latency. Furthermore, the buttons are sweat-resistant, and iQOO has developed a special “anti-sweat” algorithm to provide smartphone users with an optimal user experience.

The product manager also explained the advantages of these touch-sensitive shoulder buttons compared to conventional buttons. Firstly, a linear motor simulates a button press, ensuring consistent operation even after prolonged use.
