Amazfit Active Max with a large 576 mAh battery appears in pictures

Amazfit, known for its high-quality yet affordable smartwatches, is working on a new model. The Amazfit Active Max impresses with its clean design featuring the stepped bezel typical of the Active series, combined with a larger display and a significantly more powerful battery.


According to a new leak, the Max has a 576 mAh battery. It also features a 1.5-inch OLED display with a resolution of 480 x 480 pixels. For comparison: The Amazfit Active 2 It has a 1.32-inch display with 466 x 466 pixels and a relatively small 270 mAh battery. While Amazfit does offer models with even larger batteries, such as the recently released Balance 2 with a 658 mAh battery, this model is more expensive.


The Amazfit Active Max has a total of 4 GB of storage, some of which is reserved for the system. This leaves enough space for MP3s that you can listen to while running without your smartphone.

To clarify: This is not a Wear OS smartwatch, but a proprietary platform called Zepp OS.
The Max is reportedly equipped with GPS, Bluetooth 5.3, and NFC, and is waterproof up to 50 meters. According to one of the images, it supports the official Hyrox Training modes.
Amazfit Active Max Price
The Amazfit Active Max is expected to cost €170 at its official launch. For comparison, the Active 2 started at €130, while the Balance 2 (47 mm, 1.5 inches, 658 mAh) is quite expensive at €300. T-Rex 3 Pro (48 mm, 1.5 inches, 700 mAh) costs €400. The official launch date for the Max is not yet known.
