vivo X300 and X300 Pro launch globally

The vivo X300 and X300 Pro were launched in China earlier this month. They feature improved cameras, a redesigned look, and optimized hardware such as the flagship processor. MediaTek Dimensity 9500 out. Today the new flagship smartphones presented in Europe at an event in Vienna.

Both smartphones support 90W wired charging and 40W wireless charging. The vivo X300 has a 6.31-inch display, while the Pro version has a 6.82-inch display. The smartphones use an 8T LTPO panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and are also equipped with an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.

In the camera area, the X300 offers a 200 MP main sensor of type Samsung HPB, a 50 MP telephoto lens of type Sony LYT-602 and a 50 MP ultra-wide-angle camera.

The X300 Pro, on the other hand, features a 200MP Samsung HPB telephoto camera, a 50MP Sony LYT-828 main sensor, and a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultrawide camera. vivo uses a 50MP Samsung JN1 sensor for selfies and video calls in both smartphones.

With the global launch of the series, the company is also bringing OriginOS to its international users. The X300 series will be running OriginOS based on Android 16. OriginOS 6 It ships with five years of operating system updates and seven years of security patches. The vivo X300 is available in Phantom Black and Halo Pink.

The vivo X300 Pro, on the other hand, is offered in Phantom Black and Dune Brown. Both smartphones are available starting today.

An interesting fact is that smartphones in China are equipped with relatively large batteries, which is not the case in Europe due to certification requirements. The European X300 has a 5,360 mAh battery (compared to 6,040 mAh in China), while the European X300 Pro has a 5,440 mAh battery (compared to 6,510 mAh in China).

As for pricing, the Pro model costs €1,399 for the only available configuration with 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage. The standard model is available for €1,049 (12 GB RAM/256 GB storage) or €1,099 (16 GB RAM/512 GB storage). vivo also includes a €100 discount voucher and a free charger.

The telephoto lens extension kit normally costs €600, but is available at half price as part of an introductory offer.
