Nothing Phone (3) support and Headphone (1) price leaked
Yesterday Nothing confirmed the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 as the chipset of choice for the upcoming Nothing Phone (3). Co-founder Akis Evangelidis praised the chip’s performance, citing an 88% faster GPU speed, a 33% faster CPU, and a whopping 125% more powerful NPU compared to the Phone (2).
Today, he also confirmed the Nothing Phone (3)’s software support. When asked why the company didn’t opt for a different chipset, Evangelidis explained that the new chip would pave the way for better software support – “5 & 7” instead of “4 & 4.” In plain language, this means five years of important operating system updates and seven years of security patches.
This is a major upgrade over the three years of Android updates and four years of security patches that the Nothing Phone (2) received. The Nothing Phone (3) will be released on July 1st.

Nothing is also entering the over-ear headphones business. The Nothing Headphone (1) will also be released at the launch event in July. Both the Nothing Phone (3) and the headphones will be officially available in the US. A previous rumor suggested that the Nothing Headphone (1) will be priced at $299.
According to a new leak today, a price of €299 can be expected in Europe. In the UK, it will be £299, and according to the source, there’s also a new price tag of $309 for the US – $10 more than the last leak. The Nothing Headphones (1) will apparently be available in white and black in Europe and the UK, and in gray and black in the US.
The technical specifications are still unclear, but the Nothing Headphones (1) were developed in collaboration with KEF, so high sound quality can be expected. There’s also likely to be ANC, a transparency mode, and, of course, a design language strongly reminiscent of Nothing.
